Created and implemented an onboarding strategy for new agency executive leadership based on best practices. This includes a thoughtful series of briefings, materials, and immersion experiences to accelerate executive integration and effectiveness. The strategy was adopted by other teams.

POLITICAL CAMPAIGN BRANDING For troy serad
Provide comprehensive branding services for a local political campaign (my husband). Created and implemented a style guide for a consistent look and feel. Designed a website using Squarespace and managed web content. Advised on messaging strategy and calendar. Created digital and print assets including yard signs, pins, flyers, social media posts, and photography.

I learned a lot in this certificate program, including foundations of UX design, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, user experience research, and integrating accessibility into digital designs. Moreover, I had a lot of fun!
